The National Directory of Estate Agents, published by UK Property Shop, is an advertising service designed exclusively for estate agents and letting agents. The aim is simply to put agents directly in touch with people buying, selling, renting or letting residential property in the United Kingdom.

We promote brand awareness of individual estate agents by linking to their own websites, so that visitors can easily find each agent's property lists and services. We also provide visitors with a free enquiry service to contact agents by email and we send around 70,000 leads to agents every month.

Most house hunters use the internet when moving home and UKpropertyshop.co.uk is one of the longest established and most popular property websites.

Free Service

The directory is open to all estate agents and letting agents and we offer a free listing for every office, with a link to each agent's own website as well as email leads with basic contact information. The directory is exclusive to firms offering standard estate agency services for the sale or rental of residential property in the UK.

If your office is not already included in the directory listing for your town and you would like a free entry, please use our Feedback Form to send us your details. You can also use the same form to tell us about any changes or errors for an existing entry.

Priority Service

Significant benefits are available to agents wishing to gain maximum advantage from the directory, by upgrading to one of our priority service membership options. Subscription is by a single annual payment.

Priority One

The Priority One service provides all these extra benefits:

• On average, we send priority service members around 3 times as many website visitors and 4 times as many email leads, compared with the free service.
• Your directory entry is prioritised to appear within the top section of the listing for your town, locality and postcode area, above all free service agents. Being at the top of the list ensures that you get the maximum exposure for your business and the greatest number of referrals to your website.
• Your business name and address are specially highlighted.
• Your company logo is included next to your entry.
• Your office telephone number is displayed after the address.
• The enquiry service selection box, next to your directory listing, is always ticked by default, so you will receive the maximum number of leads.
• Leads are given special priority and emailed to you within moments of being registered, before being sent to free service agents.
• The leads include each applicant's own email address and telephone number(s), in addition to their basic name and address details.
• We also send you details of the applicant's current property situation and moving requirements.
• If required, leads can be filtered by price range, allowing you to set the minimum and maximum price limits for enquiries, both sales and lettings.

Priority Gold

The Priority Gold service provides these further additional benefits:

• Extended listings - your office can be listed in the search results for up to 5 additional towns, plus 5 additional localities and 5 additional postcodes, allowing you to expand your area of coverage and receive even more leads (NB extended listings appear in the "Priority One" format).
• Exclusive to just 5 agents in each town (or 8 agents if there are 50 or more agents in the town) and guaranteed to appear above all other agents.
• "Recommended" tag next to your directory entry.

Annual Subscription

Priority One: Sales or Lettings £300 pa
Priority One: Sales and Lettings £375 pa

Priority Gold: Sales or Lettings £500 pa
Priority Gold: Sales and Lettings £650 pa

These subscription prices are for one office for one year, exclusive of VAT, payable in advance. There are no additional charges. Student Rentals may be added to Lettings as a no-cost option.

Orders

You can order right now by paying online, either by credit or debit card, or using Google Checkout. The upgrade will be activated immediately. To place an order, please go to our Order Form.

To pay by cheque or bank credit transfer, please complete the Order Form and select Other as your Payment Method. We will then contact you with our account details. The upgrade will be activated when payment has been received.
